Alpha 5 - Battle Test 1

This is the first battle test. Lots of new bug fixes, and updates.

• Changed Dialogue Boxes (New look, new sounds)
• Updated Engine (Added Support for Menu Keyboard control)
• Updated Fullscreen Button Look
• Fixed Soundtest number appearing after entering code.
• Fixed Battle BG
• Changed Battle Music
• Fixed Laggy Static (New Static Presets; not being generated on the fly)
• Sonic's Speed is not affected by the frame rate now.
